In one to two paragraphs, please describe how you did on your carbohydrate consumption (2pts): I noticed a lot about my carbohydrates consumption during the food diary. According to the diary, I need to be eating much more carbohydrates. Now that I am aware of how little carbohydrates I am consuming, I am trying to stay on a consistent eating schedule and have a healthy amount of what my body needs. As I am also trying to gain some weight, eating little carbohydrates isn't helping with that goal. I'm not too satisfied with the results I found.

In one to two paragraphs, what kinds of carbohydrate consumption changes would you make to your diet (2pts)? There are not too many changes I think need to be made to my carbohydrate consumption. One thing I want to change is simply how much food I am consuming, as I feel I am eating healthy food most days, but am not consuming enough. As I mentioned earlier, getting myself to stay on a consistent schedule is what I ideally would like to

have. Not only would it cause me to be healthier and feel better about myself, but also it would be good for the people around me....
