Problem Statement Harry Dresden is a digital strategist at Online Advertiser. The clients want him to measure the return on investment of social media for the company. However, it seems impossible to accurately measure the ROI of social media because it has too many metrics. Dresden wants to tell the clients that social media ROI Measurement is rare no matter despite competitors say. Purpose/Objective Short Term: Short-term goal is explained the reasons why social media ROI measurement is rare. Besides, demonstrate how competitor using situation metrics instead of scientific metrics in measuring return on investment of social media. This will build the credibility of the company and avoid misleading clients. Long Term: The long-term goal is to create a Social Media Strategic Plan so company and clients can keep track of the value social media has on companies.

Alternative Solutions Solution #1: Solely focus on the creative team and let the bigger companies deal with the analytic side of social media. Pros: Online Advertisers has been successful in this field. Focusing the company on the creative team can make them specialists. They can offer a more hands on creative team than the bigger companies letting them charge more for their service. Cons: This solution does not grow Online Advertisers. Larger companies can also expand their creative team that can eventually put Online Advertisers out of business

Solution #2: Focus on creating a platform that tracks Pros: This solution lets managers learn about different organization and cultures first hand.

Cons: This solution only addresses managers and will take time and money with no two managers learning the same thing. Recommended Solution: Solution #2 is the recommended solution.

Action Steps: 1. Send a memo addressing the problem and holding everyone accountable for change. 2. Assess the environment with assessments each employee must take that will identify how he or she feels about his or her manager and within his or her organization. 3. Now that managers have insight to their employees and organization, have both employees and managers attend instructor led program about diversity and inclusion. 4. Assess six months from training again and ensure action is still being taken to grow the culture and business. 5. Hire and outside firm to help hire more diverse employees at a large scale....
