There are more examples of outsourcing as Boeing, the case of Jet 777 implies companies from Japan, Singapore and Italy. Jet 787 is 68% outsourced to 50 different companies, because they chose the best plaster with the best quality. On the other hand, serious delays are a problem of outsourcing to a big number of companies. A. Dispersion (New Outsourcing): finding manufacturers or other companies B. Probably, local business that cannot compete c. they would have to pay more being a quality product, people would not actualice their products so often and demand would decrease. Predicitions: globalization continuous procedure that can not be stopped by any authority, a strong middle class is necessary for consumption and the increase of economic power according to our colleagues. The professor believes on the importance of the quality of the workers and their training and education; it is not a matter of social classes but of the qualification of the worker. In the case of Spain, it was not possible to minimize the impact of the economic crisis because workers were less skilled.
