Story Map: Ulahingan Characters: (with description) The Highest God of the Skyworld. The people who built the city fortress. Alimugkat – mermaid, goddess of the sea. Agyu – the hero. Kuyasu – nephew of Agyu. Seyluwen – Agnu's son. Piglibu – Agnu's brother. Banlak/Vanlak – another brother of Agyu. Nebeyew – another son of Agyu. Leno/Lono – Agyu’s another brother. Pigyugung or Pemulew – Agyu’s older brother. Dayuen – Agyu’s cousin. Delemenen – Dayuen’s son. King of the invaders which is actually the real father of Lena. Tigyekuwa – Agyu’s first wife. Kumugpa – Agyu’s son with his first wife. Setting: In the fortress city of Nalandangan. The place where Lena was bound by the King, Yendang.

Conflict: Type of Conflict: Man Vs. Man Plot Development: • Exposition: The story started by explaining the origin of Nalandangan, the city of fortress and how it was built as well as the people resides in it. • Rising Action: Agyu and his brother dreamt about the upcoming threat in their city. War arises. • Climax: Lena came to fight ferociously with the opponent's king with all his might. • Falling Action: Agyu’s first wife and their first wife recognizes the poor bound Lena as the opponent’s king’s true son.

• Denouement: The king’s eyes moisten and regretted his actions for not recognizing who he had fought with Theme: Regrets are the results of misunderstanding and not being able to hear each one’s thoughts. Anger, hatred, and impulsiveness only results to a total loss. Point of View: It’s easy to hurt the people when we put in our minds that they don’t matter to us. But in the story, they clearly showed that family will always have a special place in your heart even they used to be you enemies.

Story Map: Indrapatra at Sulayman Characters: (with description) King Indarapatra - the leader of the tribe Sulayman – brother of King Indarapatra Four horrible monsters: Kurita – multiple-limbed creature that can live on land and the sea Tarabusaw – man-formed ugly creature Pah – a huge bird that can bring darkness to the earth by covering the sun with its wings Fourth monster – bird with seven heads having the power to see in all directions simultaneously Other characters: Old woman Beautiful woman - who later on King Indarapatra married Other people in hiding Setting: Mindanao Kingdom of Muntipali Conflict:The protagonist has to defeat the 4 monsters in order to attain peace once more. Type of Conflict: Man vs. Soceity

Plot Development: • Exposition: A long time ago, Magindanao was covered with water and sea covers all the lowland so that nothing could be seen but the mountains jutting from it • Rising Action: Suddenly, there were four horrible monsters appeared in the land which greatly devastated the entire area • Climax: King Indarapata asked his brother Sulayman to save the land of Mindanao from the monster • Falling Action: Sulayman departed for Mindanao and started looking at the four horrible monsters • Denouement: Upon the fight of King Indarapata against the last monster which is the seven headed bird, he claimed the triumph and the love of Mindanao bring back its prosperous living. Theme: “A TRUE HERO IS ONE WHO IS WILLING TO SACRIFICE SO THAT OTHERS MAY SAVED.” Point of View: Achieving peace for everyone is always worth the sacrifice of one’s own life.
