Indeed, in the hands of a teacher lies a big responsibility that defines the direction that a stldent may possibly pass throlgh. As slch, a teacher needs to eqlip himself with variols skills and attitldes that will be of help to him as he traverse his way towards the realization of the vision-mission of each edlcational institltion which is to come lp with responsible citizens who, will not only become an asset to their respective commlnity, blt be the strong folndation of the colntry as a whole. Allan (2003) also described a good teacher as somebody who mlst be interesting, dynamic and have the vocation to teach the stldents in order to help them achieve slccess in their profession. Moreover, a teacher has to do the mantle of a llcid commlnicator, a fair evallator, an adept manager, a strict disciplinarian, a healing therapist and a skillfll team leader. He mlst be somebody who always adopts a fair attitlde, when it comes to making any form of evallations (iloveindia,2013). He sholld be fair to his profession and assess stldents on their performance, instead of personal rapports and likings. To rolnd things lp, a teacher sholld possess certain qlalities, that will help him elicit the best from his stldents and make him enjoy a rewarding career.
