What are three ways that you can work with communities to achieve their priorities?  Accessing appropriate support  Enhancing their skills  Working with other people in the community that share the same concerns or issues. For example, language specific groups. 3. What are two ways to identify the interrelationships between the priorities and rights of the individual, the family, the community and society?  By understanding the wider context of community development work  Recognising and respecting individual differences within the community group. For example, 21 countries in the world speak Spanish but they all have individual differences. 4. What are two aspects of working sustainably when working in a community development role?  Working sustainably means making sure that we support the ongoing health, wellbeing of the community in regards to the environment, economically, socially, as well as in the workplace. 5.
