The following are 3 rd year BS Psychology students of Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Iligan City, who will be enrolled in Psych 197 – Practicum, this summer term A.Y. 2017-2018. This requires the students for an On-The-Job Training to two (2) areas of concentration namely: Clinical/Mental Health Institution and Industrial/Organizational (I/O). Each student has to comply 150 hours in said areas. Anent to this, the Department of Psychology requests your good office to accommodate the students listed in the attachment for their On-The-Job Training under Clinical/Mental Health area from June 11 to July 6, 2018. Our students are expected to: 1. Report eight (8) hours daily or a total of 150 hours for the whole duration of the exposure/immersion for more or less than a month starting June 2018. 2. Abide by the rules and regulations of your institution for the duration of the exposure/immersion. 3. He/she shall not be entitled to any benefit or whatsoever unless such benefit shall be given voluntarily by your institution. 4. His/her performance shall be periodically evaluated by his/her direct superior during the exposure/immersion period. We would appreciate it if these students shall be given the chance to be exposed in various Clinical functions of your choice which you deem appropriate for them. Furthermore, may we also request that they be provided with a Daily Time Record card for monitoring and recording purposes. Thank you for giving us your support in our goal to provide a more comprehensive training program for our students.
