Codified vs Uncodified constitution A codified constitution gives the fair right to all citizen living in a country, if the government in place were to violate any of such right as the right to movement, this can be challenged in a court. As such the individual also knows his rights and his limits while doing an act. However, having an uncodified constitution gives an individual a subjective type of freedom. Many of the uncodified constitution regulation will come from law practices and any rules from what the Government in place determine to be good. The main issue with an uncodified constitution is uncertainty and much dependent on the government philosophy. Points like uncertainty and lack of transparency are debatable and changes to the constitution are very much difficult as it creates potential for disputes....
