The documentary Generation Jobless explains how Canada’s colleges and universities are, in many cases, not preparing students adequately for the job market. Based on your viewing of the documentary, your case study should offer some recommendations on how to solve these problems. 1. The first part of your case study should summarize what you feel are the key points of the documentary. 2. The second part should offer your recommendations. Try to provide specific recommendations for specific problems. How might you solve the problem of training students for jobs that might soon disappear? Jobs that might not yet exist? How can we increase the number of graduates working in skilled trades? Do you agree with the documentary that Switzerland’s system is much more effective than Canada’s? If you are not from Canada, you might also wish to compare Canada’s situation with that of your home country. Are these same problems occurring in your home country?
