MGT - CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION FOR APPLE The key conclusion that can be reached is that Apple is incredibly innovative and early adapters, which we felt to be the most interesting aspect of the company. Apple is known for being the first firm to release a new product line before anyone else. This is extremely dangerous, yet it appears to be working in Apple's favor. This demonstrates how taking chances can make or ruin a company, and Apple has a lot of room for improvement. Apple is currently displaying the negative characteristics of TNCs by adding to the international debt problem by exploiting workers. In a sense, Apple is creating debt crises in LDCs by gaining access to their labor and raw commodities at the lowest feasible cost. The global economy will undoubtedly profit if it is ready to perform the role of a helpful TNC. People in least developed countries, as well as the environment, will benefit as well. This will necessitate changes from all stakeholders, including the corporation, consumers, shareholders, and employees. It is critical for a TNC to develop toward constructive behavior because this can impact people's views on globalization, as affected by neoliberalism. In this discussion STP shows that Apple Inc. have important assets to effectively address organizational weaknesses. These advantages can also be used to seize opportunities, such as expanding the consumer electronics distribution network. In addition, the company is able to successfully create and use new technologies by using a strong brand image and rapid innovation process. Apple Inc. has the opportunity to expand its existing product distribution network such as smartphones and tablets. Apple must improve its distribution and marketing strategy. Companies must focus on marketing to produce or create products that will benefit consumers. For example, Apple has just released its new product, the Apple wireless printer. Apple users will praise the development of new technology products and try out the product. The final product must have a significant competitive advantage or be equivalent to a competing brand. However, improvements to existing loyal products are also needed, such as adding a 5G internet network to existing devices to maintain competition with other branded devices. However, Apple will be threatened by aggressive competition and imitation, problems affecting consumers in the world market for consumer electronics, computer hardware and software, and online digital content distribution services....
