Pan-europe events Heads of Agreement (Event Contract – club venue)

3. Territory This agreement is legal and binding within the territory of

5. Termination This contract may be terminated 21 days in advance of the event or any point prior to that by :-

6. Fee / percentage The fee which the promoter guarantees the act / artist is

7. Warranty (1) The act / artist hereby warrants that at the commencement of the contract he / she / they have no previous engagements confirmed to perform live within 10 miles of the designated venue within 10 days of the designated event date.

8. Warranty (2) The act / artist hereby further warrants that subsequent to the signing of this contract he / she / they will not agree to any further engagements to perform live within 10 miles of the designated venue within 10 days of the designated event date.

9. Exclusivity The act / artist hereby grants exclusivity of service to the above named promoter / venue under the terms of the clauses in this agreement. He / she / they agree to engage no other person or persons in this capacity under the terms of this agreement in this territory.

10. Ticket price The promoter / venue and act / artist hereby agree to a ticket price of €12,5

11. Timing of performance The act / artist hereby agree to an on-stage time of 01:00 am and a performance running time of 90 minutes

12. Promotion The promoter hereby undertakes to appropriately promote the event to the public

13. Rider The promoter hereby undertakes to provide the following hospitality for the act / artist : Dinner for the whole tour party (4 people). A room where they can rest Snacks: Maltesers, Paprika Lays chips Drinks: bottles of water, Coca cola, Martini Bellini, 2 bottles of Captain Morgan rum, Red Bull (12 cans)

14. Venue access The promoter guarantees that the artist / act will have access to the venue for the purpose of soundchecking and performance between the hours of 2pm and 5pm.

15. Legal system This agreement is recognised as legal and binding under English law
