CLINICAL PRACTICUM 106 ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION

LEARNING CONTRACT In this course, you will construct your own learning contract. The learning contract provides the overall structure for the practicum experience while giving you some form of control over the learning experience. You are required to describe your clinical practicum goals, objectives, plan of action, and evaluation plan. The practicum goals and objectives are based on identified learning areas, namely: 1. Current issue/s related to midwifery supervision and administration; 2. Roles of midwife manager and supervisor ; 3. Practice skills; 4. Communications skills; 5. Decision making skills; 6.
