“I certify that this submission is my original work and meets the faculty’s demands of originality.”

Objectives The main objective of this lab is to gain experience once again in connecting digital circuits on the breadboard, to also make a 2-1 multiplexer, and lastly to design a combinational adder circuit.
Introduction A Multiplexer is a device that has many multiple inputs, n, and only one single output. The equation n=2m must be obeyed for the MUX to function properly. Binary adder: a half adder adds 2 bits and a full adder adds 3 bits.

Conclusion In conclusion, the lab was a success. Although I did have mistakes, especially the first part of the lab with the 2-to-1 multiplexer. It took me a long time to debug it. After 5 to 6 trials, I found a problem with the wiring. I reconnected to the right place and my truth table worked! Therefore, the MUX worked. We also achieved our objective of this lab when our results from the half adder, full adder, and the combination of the two (half adder + full adder) attested to that....
