Business Valuation: Concept of Valuation, Different Concept of Value - Book Value, Market Value, Intrinsic Value, Liquidation Value, Replacement Value, Salvage Value and Fair Value. Major approaches to valuation of business – Asset based, Earning based, Market value based, Fair value based. EVA and MVA.
