Dear Recruiter, I am suitable for this job because I am laid back, friendly and approachable, a natural team player with a great sense of responsibility. I have an optimistic outlook, so even in busy and crowded environments I am likely to make the best of it and work to my best ability. I have had numerous occasions in and out of college where I have had to work with people, and I have always done this with patience and compassion, often being congratulated by superiors for my work ethic and attitude. I have great attention to detail and resilience in situations requiring my full attention. In the past I have volunteered in a charity shop and in school open days as a Student Representative, dealing with parents/carers and navigating them or serving them at the cafe. This has helped me develop the right attitude in dealing with all kinds of people. Furthermore, I have completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh, this is an achievement that has taught me resilience in hardship and responsibility within a team. I volunteered at a charity shop for over half a year and have acquired various skills needed with dealing with people who are hard of hearing or seeing, and directed them to the thing they were looking for. I am extremely competent in finding what people are looking for as I have a keen eye and am fast-paced. I think this job would be a great way to take these skills further and gain more experience, while also giving you the best of my already learned skills. It would definitely be a positive outcome for both sides....
