Instructional Activities and Learning objectives

3

The Learning objectives require students to be able to illustrate and explain how to do chores at home and school. Also, they can be able to draw or write two or three sentences. The learning objectives are aligned with the academic standards of Washington state, which require CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RI.K.7 With prompting and support, describe the relationship between illustrations and the text in which they appear (e.g., what person, place, thing, or idea in the text an illustration depicts). The Instructional Activities are aligned with the learning objectives. My Instructional activities are a visual organizer and smartboard. I will demonstrate the student's clear support in the new vocabulary and use a complete sentence in the family/classroom help lesson. The students will talk with their peers about how they help the family/ classroom doing chores daily. Then with a visual organizer and smartboard, I will demonstrate the student's clear support in the new vocabulary and how to use a complete sentence in the family/classroom help lesson.

Instructional Materials and Learning objectives

3

The list of my Instructional materials is aligned with the learning objectives. The visual items and the smartboard help me demonstrate to the students the benefit of each material. With the "I can help" activity, the students can imply their previous knowledge about what they know about the chores around the house and school. The students can talk about what they remember to do in their house and what they can do at school. Everybody shares their opinion and. Also, the students get rapid feedback about how the students can help at home/ classroom lessons.

Assessment and Instructional Activities and Learning Objectives

3

My Assessments are formative and Summative and aligned with the learning objectives. The formative assessment consists of asking my students for understanding during this lesson. I will circulate the classroom to guide my students in their sentences because I know the importance of the items. And they use at least three complete details and score three out of four on the summary rubric provided.

Great job!

B1. One strength in aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment in your lesson plan from Task 2 is my visual graphic cleaning items. The students were happy with I brought several supplies to the classroom, and then I explained to them in detail the roles of each item. I saw a lot of progress in understanding when the students were in centers because they talked in complete

sentences with their peers. They talked about how they help at home and in the classroom. They were so excited about this topic. The students answered all my questions during the lesson, and then they wrote three complete sentences about the cleaning supplies items and their roles. They mastered the topic. B2. One area for improvement in the alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in my lesson plan is to add a subtopic about Corona Virus 2019. The students wanted to talk about it, but I didn’t have any information with me. I felt bad because the students needed to talk about the 2019- Coronavirus. I need to create a subtopic, instruction, and assessment to get prepared all the time. Another improvement will be adding more PowerPoint details to see the pictures in the smartboard and visual graphic presentation....
