Dear Jason parker at head office Iam diana noaln and have been working as manager at high style business .i write this mail to discus you the problem I have with high style guest. They say with displeasure abouth the quality of the room which the have rented Firtsly , the customers have made a reservation through the mobile applican but when they came, the receptionist noticed that they didn’t have sent guest’s requetion. Due to a long business trip, this made the complain about the quality of the hotel’s service. The staff have apologized for this mistake but the problem didn’t stop there After checking aparment. The guest order a dinner meal in the room . but , the food proved to be so bad that our mood was completely spoilt.they said:’’ Though we ordered some exclusive vegetarian dishes, they contained some form of meat or other and this, despite our explicit instructions to the hotel staff. The other dishes we ordered were equally poorly made.’’more seriously that guest have rated 1 star on our website So I want a meeting with the director of marketing , and exchanging together wwith the guest and apologizing for bad exxperience.iif we don’t imrpove quickly, the number of visitor will decrease a lot.according to the advertisement, hotel’s restaurant is a 5 star with proven quaylity . hence those advertisements is unreal..besides I propose to disucss high style’s advertising policy I hope you will focus on this issue and let me know your decision by replying ti this email Looking forward to hearing back from you soon...
