DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by: LEON GUERRERO, of legal age, married to VILMA SANTOS, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at #22 Kalye Pitong Gatang, Barangay Santan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER -AND- JULIO VALIENTE, Filipino and with residence and postal address at #10 Oberdabakod, Escario St., Cebu City, Cebu, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
