Do you tend to acquire new technological devices before or after the majority of your friends? - To be honest, it really depends upon the situation whether there is a need to buy a new technological device. I was thought by my parents that there is no need buy a new as long as my present device is still functioning. Another reason is the money that I will spent. Therefore, I am not the kind of person who buy things because my friends have it or bought it but because I really need it. 2. What are the advantages of being an early adopter of new technology? - In my opinion, one of the advantages that early adopters tend to experience is the benefits of having a more advanced technology than others. Moreover, it allows them to be an opinion leader which can be used by the developers since they are the first to use it and provide feedback. 3. What are the advantages of being a late adopter of new technology? - I consider myself (somehow) as a late adopter of new technology. Based on my experience, one of the advantages of a late adopter is that I have the time to weigh and decide what technology to buy since I have gathered all the information provided from the early adopters of new technology. They already shared their thoughts and opinions whether that specific technology is a must buy or not.
