Temporary inequality could be of many kinds of resources, but especially of status and power. The lesser party is defined as unequal. The difference between the lesser party and the superior one is that the superior one has more abilities and maturity. For example the superior which is the parent and the lesser who is the child needs to be helped on how to become an adult. It has been very hard to move from unequal to equal. A crucial point for the lesser party to stop being unequal is for this party to gain power. However, power doesn’t help all the time and there has to be more to it. And lastly, the second type of inequality teaches how to enforce inequality but not what path you need to take from unequal to equal. In the permanent inequality we have what is called "ascription" which tells that who you are born as is who you would be for the rest of your life. The dominant groups those who have the power tend to label the inferiors as defective. These dominant groups believe that the hard work that nobody of the higher class wants should be left to the inferior. The dominant group believe the inferior don’t have the power nor the intelligence to have the role of a professional CEO....
