Memorandum TO: All employees of Pawfee Cats & Dogs Café FROM: Jean Claire T. Agustin, Ph.D., Superintendent DATE: 25 March 2021 SUBJECT: Dress Code At the Common Directors assembly on March 22, 2021 and, most as of late, on March 25, 2021, chairmen examined the significance of empowering a satisfactory ‘dress code’ that allows our representatives to work comfortably and extend a proficient picture to our students, parents, and community guests. We are continuously looking for better approaches to form our firm a better place to work. Recorded underneath is an outline of worthy commerce proper attire, as well as a list of a few of the more common items that are not suitable for our office environment. All employees of Pawfee Cats & Dogs Café must follow the dress code. Appearance and Hygiene  Hair must be washed and clean.  Tattoos or body markings (i.e. hickies, bruises) must be covered at all times and not visible to students or staff.  Employees are expected to bathe daily. Clothing and Shoes  All employees are expected to report to work in clean, wrinkle-free work attire.  All employees shall wear loose fitting navy, black, or khaki pants Monday through Thursday. Jeans are only allowed on Fridays. The length of pants must cover the ankle.  Employees may wear the shoes provided by the district or a closed-toe solid leather-type shoe that provides a non-slip sole in navy, black, or white. Cloth or mesh-type tennis shoes are not allowed.  Employees may wear the aprons provided by the department or may supply their own. Aprons must be clean and have a neat appearance to be considered acceptable.  Reminder: Shirts and aprons must not advertise tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or anything vulgar, violent, or sexually explicit.  Hairnets or skullcaps must be worn at all times but are not furnished. Only bangs can be uncovered if they are an acceptable length.  Appropriate under garments must be worn. Jewelry  Only wedding rings may be worn and must be cleaned and sanitized daily.  Only managers may wear watches.  No other jewelry is allowed (including earrings/studs, tongue rings/studs). Nails  Artificial nails or nail polish are not allowed.  Nails must be cut short and clean. Failure to follow the above dress code will result in disciplinary action. If an employee has to be sent home for inappropriate appearance or dress code violations, the employee will not be paid for their time away from work. Dress plays an important role in creating an atmosphere where learning can take place. A certain amount of judgment should be exerted by the employee in their choice of clothing to wear to work. Failure to take after the over dress code will result in disciplinary activity. In the event that an employee has got to be sent domestic for unseemly appearance or dress code violations, the representative will not be paid for their time absent from work....
