- Obtain patient’s lab results as a baseline for drug reaction

Skin: - pruritus - rash, urticaria

- Check patient’s temperature incase of occurance in severe diarrhea or fever

- Observe the 12 rights of medication - Assess patient’s hypersensitivity to drug
