Reflection:

There will always be challenges with students with diversity in the schools and the classrooms. Students may feel they are being treated a certain way and take things the wrong way, or teachers may actually make them feel uncomfortable because they are different on many levels, this causes problems in the classroom. I feel that there should be a wide range of diverse children in the classroom so the children can all learn from one another.

Different cultures, and backgrounds do different things an this can be very beneficial to everyone, it opens eyes to show that everyone is different and even so we can all get along and accomplish things together. I have seen students and staff being treated differently because of their differences in the way they do things or the way they live.
