My topic: The Traditional Filipino Family Values Thesis Statement: Filipino families are bonded with values and we carry the traits the comes with these values outside our home. Filipinos put God in our center and we learned that from our family as we go to church together. All Filipino knows respect especially when it comes to people older than us. We address them as kuya or ate, sometimes tito or tita, but what we always do is “pagmamano” in elders. We are well-known for how we value family. We priority our family above anything else that’s why we are hardworking, for our family had something to eat. We are also known for being hospitable. We give our best for our guests. Lastly, we know how to be happy and give love. Our parents teach us to be contented to every little thing mostly when they give and show their love with simple gestures. Filipino children nowadays must know and do what a Filipino do in the Filipino of the past. Every generation must pass these values on in order to maintain the Filipino culture....
