Prostitution -

According to Findlaw's Team, Prostitution is the exchange of a sexual act for money. known by many names 'streetwalkers', 'brothels/house of the prostitutes/bar' It is ILLEGAL in all the countries except for NEVADA. Some punish it, some are legalizing, arranging and operating a house for prostitution.

Solicitation of Prostitution -

the person who pays for the sexual services, sometimes called 'Johns' It is a crime involving a person's agreement to exchange money for sex. the agreement does not have to be direct because a person's actions is enough to demonstrate it. 'solicitation' meaning it is encouraging someone to do something. Once you do something and get the money on the bank/cash, it means that there's a 'willingness' In Prostitution, it can result in possible 5 to 10 year prison sentences and fines.

12-14yrs old are the range of age whose entering prostitution. Other young women defraud their true identity.

Disparities: According to experts, it's important to understand the differences between prostitution, which is voluntary, and sex trafficking, which can trap victims with involuntary sex work. Human Sex Trafficking is a human rights violation and a threat to the security of our society (Mccammon, 2016) Prostitued women are treated as criminals in US. It is because they 'choose' their lifestyle that's why they are being scorned by society. -the situation of a prostituted woman is similar to the situation of a woman in an abusive domestic relationship. The abuser has almost complete power over the victim. These men commonly called 'pimps' who sell prostituted women. They beat, threaten, rape and sometimes kill the women.
