New York (USA) – The Statue of Liberty

New York is a big city in the United States (North America). It takes thousand of visitors every year. The city has a population of around 8 million people. There is a lot to see and do in New York. You can visit the Central Park, the Metropolian museum and Time’s Square. In the picture you can see the Statue of Liberty, a monumet built between 1875 and 1986. It is 93 meters tall. The statue is located on Liberty Island in the Hudson River.

Rome is the capital of Italy. The city has a population of around 2.9 million residents. In Italy, you can find The grand canal of venice where you can ride boats. Rome has a lot of traditional buildings. In the picture, you can see Saint Peter’s Square, a plaza in front of the cathedral a.k.a. St. Peter’s Basilica. At the center of the square is an Egyptian obelisk. Rome (Italy) – Saint Peter’s Square Sydney is the most populous city in Australia. It’s located on Australia’s east coast. In the picture you can see The Sidney Opera House. The building occupy the whole of Bennelong Point in Sydney Harbour. This bulding was opened in 1973 and It became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2007. More than eight million people visit the site each year. Sydney (Australia) – The Sydney Opera House Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland, and It is the second most populous city in Scotland. The city has long been known as a centre of education, particularly in the fields of medicine. Scotland has a lot of mountains and hills to people who likes to go hiking. In the picture you can see the Edinburgh Castle. It is a historic fortress which dominates the skyline of the city of Edinburgh Edinburgh (Scotland) – Edinburgh Castle

Dubai is the most populous city in UAE. The city has a lot of modern buildings. Dubai is located in the Arabian Dessert. In the picture you can see The Burj Khalifa a.k.a Khalifa Tower. It is the tallest skyscraper around the world. Outside was designed a fountain system. Burj Khalifa was desgined by Adrian Smith and the building has received many awards.
