Each country in the world has its own unique climate. Many people love the climate in their countries. Other people are unhappy with the atmosphere in which they live. Canada is lucky to have four distinct seasons. Each season offers something wonderful. Summer is the best season due to the weather, sports, and activities.

First, the climate in summer is wonderful. For example, most summer days are between 25-30 degrees; this is warm enough for shorts but not too hot so that you sweat all day. In addition, there is more than 14 hours of sunlight; to demonstrate, the sun rises at 7am and sets at 9pm. Finally, most Canadians love the fact that there is no snow to shovel for over 4 months. In summary, it is blissful to spend time in Canada in the summer due to the outdoor environment.

Second, summer offers the best sports. Since Canada is such a multicultural country, many Canadians enjoy playing cricket; specifically, on a hot day you will find fields of white clothed cricket players in most major cities. In addition, soccer is the most popular game in the world and has no shortage of Canadian players of all ages who play during July and August. Finally, needing to cool down after a game, lakes and outdoor pools are perfect for a swim. All in all, the games of summer make everyone happy.

Third, people enjoy doing summer events the most. To start, nothing beats drinking a beer during a BBQ or picnic on a hot summer day; time with friends hanging out with food is always so much fine. Likewise, festivals and outtings are offered throughout the summer; consequently, experiencing the CN Tower or Canada’s Wonderland make for once in a lifetime events. Next, adventures await the summer months, so long roadtrips or camping making for some of the greatest memories. To sum up, summer activities make Canadians healthy and excited.

In conclusion, summer offers the greatest climate, games, and events. Due to the excellent weather, Canadians have so many options to spend their time. The climate allows for so many fun outdoor sports either individually or in groups. Each city offers wonderful festivals and events to enjoy. Summer offers the chance to travel to different places and experience new food, people, and environments.
