Executive Board Application Worksheet The executive board application should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. Please set aside time to complete the application in its entirety. Once you begin the application you can only move forward. There is not an option to go back to the previous question. You are able to come back to your submission and start from the beginning to click to the question you skipped, or make edits or additions, but it’s best to complete it at one time. Please make sure to read each question carefully and follow the instructions on each page. Note that there is a 1000-character limit to the long answer questions. You will be applying to the executive board as a whole, not one specific position. The nominating committee will review the applications and decide which applicants are best suited for each position. Before you start your executive board application online, complete the worksheet below you’re your responses.

Step 5: If you are applying to a position that requires living in chapter house or facility you must acknowledge and agree to that requirement. Step 14: Confirm you are current on your fall 2021 dues. This is a requirement to be in good standing and eligible for officer positions. Step 15: Agree to make leadership trainings host by Phi Sigma Sigma and your university a priority on your calendar. Step 16: Upload a copy or screenshot of your spring 2021 grade report to demonstrate that you have the GPA required to serve on your chapter’s executive board. A PDF file is preferred but not required. Convert your file online here. Step 17: Include any other notes you would like the nominating committee to know/consider when creating the chapter’s executive board slate.
