1. In a continuous 3 stage, pure distilled water is delivered from the tank to the sprinklers of the first extraction stage, where it is distributed over the solid materials. 2. The distilled water seeps through the extraction material and is absorbed by the soluble potassium hydrogen carbonate and passes into the collecting segments. 3. The enriched solvent (distilled water) is delivered to the sprinklers of the next stage. 4. After passing through the last stage, the solvent charged with the extracted components is collected in the extraction tank. 5. The solid mixture is continuously fed into the cells of the rotating extractor by a spiral conveyer. 6. The solid residue drops into the tank after one full revolution of the extractor. 7. Three pumps are available for delivering the distilled water, only pump 1 is required while pump 2and 3 are constant, the solid mixture is produced prior to the extraction.
