Grecg Kozera in his colum at the Times Leader Online explains that U.S.A. had defeat the most powerful nation in 1776; a huge number of ships, planes and tanks were manufactures during World War II; put a men on the moon and return him safely to Earth; it is the leader country in natural gas and oil producer in the world, and has produced and administered over 200 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines. (2021) Unites States of America has developed all this and continue surprising in the market sector. Over 8,8 million motor vehicles were produced in U.S.A. (Placek, 2021) Therefore, 1,8 million electric vehicles ( E.V.) were registered in 2020 in USA, more than three times than in 2016. (Desilver, 2021) For the 3rd quarter of 2020 in USA, Tesla sold at 59,110 vehicles, more than Buick, Audi and Cadillac. (Shahan, 2021) Tesla was founded in 2003 by the engineers Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning in San Carlos, California. The name of the company was named as a recognition of Nika Tesla, because of his alternating current of electrical transmission, that is used today. Also, is a recognition of electrical engineering and sciences of the 19 th century inventor. In 2004, Elon Musk invested $30 million into the company and became the chairman of its Board of Directors. The dream of the creators of this company was to build an electric car. The first EV was produced in 2008 which could travel almost 250 miles on a single battery, but it was not a widely viable consumer product. In 2012, the Model S had a range of up to 300 miles and a reduced charging time, and in 2013, they opened their Gigafactory in Nevada. Finally, in 2016 Tesla announced its model 3 sedan, the first car targeted at a mainstream market. (Reed, 2020) This company has chosen a huge growth in the market of Automobile not only in USA, but also in any part of the world, which has an

effective business strategy. Tesla is a case of successful business with lessons that Elon Musk has given in the last year.
