PROGRAM INFORMATION

“The program of services and microfinance operations is responsible for providing people with resources limited to the possibility of form, start or promote a small scale companies to generate their own income. This program is developed by learning modules in three moments: the first moment that speaks of advice, a second moment that talks about the requests made by customers and a final moment that talks about the recovery of the portfolio; understanding all the points needed in a credit process from the preparation of the proposal to recovery management”. “Microfinance services and operations is the virtual career at the technical level of the SENA, and the title of Labor Technician in Microfinance Services and Operations is obtained”. (SENA, 2021) DURATION: 15 months. ADMISSION PROFILE   
