Public opinion has it that this equality must be won, one way or another… But Reni Eddo-Lodge is a feminist who doesn't believe in equality in the first place. -

The brain
What do scientists refer to when they talk about the ‘hard wiring’ and soft wiring’ of the human brain? (3)
"Hardwired" and "softwired" are nature's and cherishment's analogies. Hardwired stands for "born with" and softwired means "learned from experience." The hardwired connections are made in our brains, namely by neurons that connect the sensory inputs and the motor outputs in the center of the cerebral cortex. Some examples of the Hardwired compounds are reflexes and behavior. "Softwiring" takes place in our whole lives. We experience it every day, because every day you learn something. The things you go through, learn..., are kept up to date, and hardly ever go away. For example, it's thoughts you've had.

myth in his own right.
Discuss the mythological proportions of his
character in view of today’s events in America.
The death of George Floyd, an African-American man, took place in Minneapolis (Minnesota) on 25 May 2020. Floyd died after a policeman had leaned on Floyd's neck with his knee for more than eight minutes, cuffed with his belly in the street. Two other cops leaned on his back with their knees at the same time and a fourth cop kept the audience at bay. After Floyd was unconscious after about six minutes, the cop held his knee on Floyd's neck for almost another three minutes. Floyd was then transported to the hospital in an ambulance; an attempt at resuscitation in the ambulance was to no avail. He was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
This event led to major consequences that took place all over the world. Many people felt attacked by the racist approach of the police towards George Floyd. As a result, many people came together to protest for equality between black and white. For many, this was the straw that made the bucket overflow, which also led to looting.
This death of this black man is one of the biggest racist events in America ( and worldwide). This death has finally encouraged people to protest for equality and against racism. This is the start of a great myth that will leave many consequences for both this period and the times to come. But there's also a backside to this myth.
Why was George Floyd arrested by the police? What had he done? George Floyd has been arrested several times by the police for drug use, so I wouldn't call him a holy person or a hero now. Everyone has the right to protest for equality and against racism. The manner in which George Floyd was treated is certainly unsatisfactory. But if all these events had happened, would a black policeman have had to kill a white man in the same way? I don't know, I'll leave that answer to you.

But frankly, I don't think George Floyd wanted people to start destroying, looting or even setting fire to things... . This kind of thing is also about it, which will eventually be punished by more and more violence. Hopefully this myth will end positively.
