1.0 INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION TO EEZY PEZY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY 1.1 Name of business EEZY PEZY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY Our business is known as Eezy Pezy which provides goods and equipments based on newest technology. 1.2 Nature of business Providing goods and equipments 1.3 Location 21G ,jalan PJU 5/21, 47830, petaling jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. 1.4 Operational date Our business commence on 20th January 2017 1.5 Factor in selecting the business The main product that our company planning to offers is newest technology such as our product which is E-Spectacles that our company have develop. The main characteristic of our product is basic equipments or goods based on technology. Based on what our company have made we want to develop the newest technology and at the same time we want to easier community life and make people more futuristic so the will not outdated. 1.6 Prospect of business We hope that in the future our company will be one of the top company in innovating and be well-known in the eyes of the world for producing and providing equipments that makes peoples life easier.

2.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Eezy pezy technology company, provides goods and equipments based on technology. We have the fresh ideas about technology that make consumers life easier. The purposed of the business plan is because we want to make sure that we are in the right path in developing our company and to ensure that we can achieve our main goals. We want to get financing for setup and development of our company to become one of the most well-known technology company throughout the world. Our company financial manager is the one who will manage all about the company financing starting from capital until the profit that will make by company. The estimate financing needed is around RM 150,000 – RM 250,000 for setup our company and also to support our project development. The financing will be utilized by buying the electronic parts, the wiring systems for the products and improving our technologies by hiring a group of experienced employee for the research and development department and for staff. The financing will helps us to setup the company and to develop newest technology and at the same time can improve developing of our company to be better and can compete with existing company. To pay back the financing we will pay by making profits through the sales of the products and after that the balance profit will divide to the shareholders . To ensure the proposed project is successful our company have a backup plan which is every shareholders need to have an aset in case of in the first month the company cannot make a profit and will be back up by our saving as an alternate source of financing. If extra amount of capital needed all the shareholders will give same amount needed. This is because our company is a partnership company. All the profit and loss will be incurred among the shareholders. For marketing strategies our marketing manager will do a promotion through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Make a website so easy to search about our product. This is because nowadays majority of us have a sicoal media account so to promoe something will become easier. We also will promote the advertiser at youtube because today if people want to watch something they just go to youtube and they no need to watch at television. We also will give the flyers and make a signboard about our product and our location.

3.1 Company background We have registered our company at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Our form address is 21G ,Jalan PJU 5/21, 47830, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan. We had registered our company on 23rd December 2016. Our main activity is sell goods and equipments based on technology. The operational date of our company is on 20th January 2017. The main product that our company planning to offers is a newest technology and nobody have develop this technology. The product is E-Spectacles that our company have develop. E is the short form for electronic. The main characteristic of our product is basic equipments or goods based on technology. One of our product is E-Spectacle. The technology that have at E-Spectacle are smart glass, solar power, antifog system, water proof system, retina analysis, GPS, wireless system, voice system and high durability product. There are many technology and the cost to buy it still at a reasonable price. We are a new company but we have an ambition to expense our company in the future and become one of the most well-known technology company throughout the world. The form of our business is we provides products and goods. We think our form of business is preferable because people and consumer wants something that easy to be use and make their daily life easier and we can ensure that with our product and technology. The extra advantage for consumer is even though the product is full with technology but the price we offered still at a reasonable price. 6.4 Management Summary Our management team is comprised of people with many years of experience in the long-term care provider and technology development industries. Our philosophy is laser-like focus on the customer’s needs. We have a Chief Financial Officer and three directors reporting to the President and CEO. Part-time positions staffing the customer support desk will be filled as needed and reporting to the Director of Operations. Seven regional sales managers will be contracted as commissioned resellers and reporting to the Director of Business Development. Four have already been identified.

6.6 Project Idea One of our partner have sightedness problem. He started wear spectacle at age 2 years old. In his right eye, the power of lens reaches more than 1000. He spends a lot of money to buy a new spectacle every year because the higher power of lens, the expensive the price of spectacle. This made him feel need to do something to change his future and at the same time want to help people who have sightedness problem. In 2017, he was inspired to create an electronic spectacle for the use of sightedness problem. Because of his inspiration EezyPezy Technology Company was founded. The company has been created by five young men which is Muhammad ‘Izzuddin, Muhammad Hilfie, Mohamad Iqbal, Muhammad Alif Hakim and Abdul Muhaimin. All of use have a different background but all of us will complete each of us.

6.7 Management Team The EezyPezy Technology Company management team consists of the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Operational Manager, Administration Manager and Financial Manager.

For addition, he also has 2 years experience in Pew Printing as Marketing Manager so he already know the flow or work scope as marketing manager so our product will easily known by people because the marketing process goes well.
