Spirituality. 1. Spend a little time to meditate which helps calm the mind and emotions. 2. Assign some time on a regular basis to sit alone think about life, your purpose review, and re-plan.

Perseverance. 1. Set daily goals and focus on the activities you have to do one day at a time, that way it will not be such a heavy burden and create a commitment to yourself. 2. Surround yourself with people with similar goals to those you want to achieve or that encourage you to achieve them. 3. Having a clear and defined vision for your future will cause you to self-motivate and not give up easily when you the face of obstacles.

Humor. 1. You can follow a good humor series on TV and relax a little. 2. Find like-minded people with whom you can laugh and try not to spend your time thinking about problems you cannot solve.
