ACKNOWLEDGEMENT First of all, I would like to thank Allah S.W.T and His messenger, Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. It is because of His blessing, it is possible for us to finish this case assignment. We had finally managed to finish up this case study assignments with great enthusiasm and determination. All the time spent to search and discuss ideas as well as justifying theoretical clues to drive the output were worth our effort and time, Insha Allah. Therefore, we would like to acknowledge with thanks, the individuals who had guided us in making this case study assignment. Firstly, we would like to thank to our lecturer’s for this subject, IMS457, Sir Ahmad Soufiean Bin Othman. He had guided us on how to complete this case study assignment. Every week in class, he always reminds and gives guideline on how to search information about this assignment. Then, we would like to thanks to our friends who helped and shared ideas with us. They are also gave us supports and advices. Lastly, we also want to thanks to our parents who always prayed well for us and giving their time to hear our problems. 1.0 INTRODUCTION Throughout history, the usage of herbs has been extremely essential. Many were recognized for their medicinal, before they were used in cooking. Modern research has now demonstrated that many of these do, in fact, provide significant health advantages. There are some herbs that have various potential health advantages, such as antiinflammatory effects, cognitive enhancers, and some that may even assist in the battle against cancer. Several plants contain potent chemicals and should be used with the same caution as modern medications. For this assignment, we are appointed to do assignment about the herb that people use in daily life. There are several herbs that people frequently used which are Abrus Precatorius (Akar Saga), Acorus Calamus L (Herba Jerangau), Orthosiphon Aristatus (Misai Kucing), Labisia Pumila (Kacip Fatimah), Abroma Augustum (Kapas Hantu) and Kayu Manis (Ceylon cinnamon). Each of these plants serves a distinct purpose and provides distinct advantages. In addition, herbs are a great method of practicing a healthy way of eating such as using herbs to replace sugar for sweet, coloring in food and adding flavor in food or drink. To conclude, in this assignment we going to share about the herbs that have been used centuries by people. Then, it is also herbs that healed a large number of people prior to the introduction of modern medicine. 2.0 OBJECTIVES There are several objectives for herbs in daily life. The objectives that can be seen from this assignment are i.

To identify and examine the factors use of the herbal medicines.

ii.

To collect the information about the herbs of choice, as well as attitudes and predictions of herbal usage for health in each individual.

iii.

To explore about herbs that contribute to health, as herbs include pain-relieving characteristics. From this, herbs promote the basic recovery process, thus herbs can improve the immune system.

3.0 HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS For this group project, we use hardware and software in completing this video. As we know, to make a creative video, we need to use the hardware and software that support in making the video. We must also select appropriate hardware and software to ensure that the video flows properly after editing is completed. For the “Herbs In Daily Life” video, there are hardware and software we use in accomplished the video: i.

Hardware Hardware can be described as any physical component of computer system containing a circuit board. For the hardware, laptop have been use in create the video. Laptop also used to install the software. Without laptop, any software cannot be install and any video can be accomplish. Moreover, laptop also used to upload the video in the Youtube.

Software Software can be described as a set of instructions, data or programs used to operate computers and execute specific tasks. It is the opposite of hardware, which describes the physical aspects of a computer. For the software, we used Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 for create video and Notepad++ for create our website. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 can be functioned to insert the attractive animations, transitions, insert sound and compiling the video. Then, for the Notepad++ used for create the interface of our website about “Herbs In Daily Life”.

6.0 CONCLUSION For the conclusion, multimedia has been employed as a means of delivering information to the public in an engaging and successful manner. Multimedia's benefits may be observed in a variety of ways, such as exposing new knowledge and using a variety of elements to produce an engaging project, film, and so on. Furthermore, the benefits of multimedia can improve the quality of work and other aspects of life. The process of developing a multimedia application included determining the project's purpose, identifying project team members, understanding the terminology of software used in the project, and determining the project's minimum hardware and software requirements to avoid incompatibility during the development process. Overall, from this task we know that Herbs are plants with medicinal, nutritional and olfactory properties. Herbs are utilised in a variety of ways, including food, medicinal and cosmetics. It's also linked to the treatment of subtle creatures with diseases that aren't evident to the human sight. The leaves of the herbaceous plant the green component are frequently employed in a variety of fields. Herbal medicine, on the other hand, employs more roots, flowers, bark and other components of herbal plants. Herbal trees and shrubs can be employed in herbal medicine. Herbs can be found in any part of the herb tree including the fruit. Also, Herbs are now used by practically everyone. It might take the shape of completed goods made from herbs, spices, or everyday foods. We are not always aware of what we are using or eating, which may contain herbal compounds. Herbs can be useful to one's health and appearance but they can also be hazardous if they are prepared or utilised inappropriately. Herb A, for example, has been shown to be effective in the treatment of some ailments but it may also be detrimental in large amounts. Herbs should be prepared and utilised according to rigorous and precise criteria in this context.
