Healthy relationships over a lifetime 1. How can healthy relationships help the school community? There are many ways healthy relationships help the school community. When a school community consists of healthy relationships, there is an uprise in positive and non-violent behaviour. Children began to feel more welcomed and happy. When students begin to feel happier within their relationships with their peers, the school’s community as a whole is impacted in a positive manner. The school community will begin to flourish and consists of healthy relationships amongst all students.

2. How is family well-being affected by healthy relationships? Family dynamics are essentially affected by healthy relationships in positive approaches. Having a near-knit and supportive circle of relatives affords emotional guide, monetary nicelybeing, and increases overall health. When family existence is characterized by way of stress and warfare, the health of one's own family individuals tends to be negatively affected. Overall, when families within themselves are healthy, it leads to a direct effect on a community’s relationship. This impact on the communities due to a family consist of healthy relationships is as a whole a positive and everlasting impact.

4. How can communities help build healthy families? (3 examples and explain each one) Communities can help develop healthy families in many ways. To start off, they can create Walk and bicycle-friendly neighbourhoods. This allows families to be able to commute via different modes of transportation rather than cars and buses. Directly, this allows families to spend more time together by simply going on a walk together. Secondly, communities can create convenient and affordable parks, playgrounds, recreation centres and nature trails. This allows families to spend time outdoors together. This also directs affects a family’s ability to socialize in a community as well as to just simply enjoy a nature trail collaboratively. Lastly, communities should consist of opportunities for all ages and abilities/. This allows families to feel connected and engaged within their community.

5. What support/programs do family members need to develop and maintain healthy relationships with one another? Although families can be quite supportive and consist of strong bones, at times, support/programs may be required in order for healthy relationships to be developed and/or maintained. Families can get support by going to classes for couples, parents, individuals and organizations. This allows members to thoroughly understand their roles and responsibilities within a family. This leads to developed understanding and improvement within a family structure. Another program families can experience is counselling. Counselling is usually used when a problem or conflict has risen in a family or group of 2 or more people. Through counselling, individuals can work through the problems and reach a common goal of resolution. Lastly, a lot of family relationships get broken due to the language barrier between individuals such as between grandparents and grandchildren. Another support families can seek throughout this is language classes and interpretations. This allows for individuals within these relationships to thoroughly understand each other. ●...
