Provide your response(s) to: 1. Provide a comprehensive explanation defining what is Organizational Behaviour. (95 words) Organizational Behavior is also known as “OB”. It is a field of study that looks at the behavior within organizations affecting the individuals, groups, and structure in it. OB is an interdisciplinary based on social science, attempts to identify, understand, predict, and control the influences within the business organization. This is a study that determines the knowledge on how to improve the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency. Also, OB analyzes employee motivation, leadership behavior and power, interpersonal communication, group structure and processes, attitude development and perception, organizational change processes, and conflict and negotiation within the organization. 2. Identify how disciplines [other fields of study] have influenced areas studied within "OB." 85 words The study of organizational behavior is the application of behavioral disciplines such as psychology, social psychology, sociology, and anthropology. These areas influence the organization in different certain levels. Psychology primarily impact to the individual on a micro analysis level. Major contributions of psychology are learning, motivation, personality, emotions, perceptions, trainings, etc. On the other hand, social psychology, sociology, and anthropology are contribution on the group and organizational systems. Some of the contributions of these are behavioral changes, communication, group processes, organizational culture, and comparative analysis.

3. Explain how the main models/concepts embedded within the field of "OB" influence areas studied within "OB?" 103 words The OB model analyzes three types of variables such as inputs, processes, and outcomes in relation to three levels of analysis, particularly individual, group, and organizational. This model pertains to the outcomes that can influence inputs in the future on the organization. Also, it is s simplified representation of the organization’s reality on the three levels of analysis. In a basic OB model, inputs are variables that will set the future of the organization. Then, the processes will be the actions taken to account of the individuals, groups, and organizations engage in as a result of inputs and that lead to certain outcomes.

Identify how "OB" is relevant to various stakeholders. 88 words In a business organization, there are several main stakeholders such as employees, managers, shareholders, customers, and investors that must be taken into consideration in terms of analyzing their behaviors. OB is relevant to various stakeholders because they it helps decisions makers to identify the mix of people in organizations in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, age, and demographic characteristics. As a result, it can be applied to make organizations work more effectively specifically on productivity, reduce absenteeism, employee turnover, customer relationships, and deviant workplace behavior....
