1) INTRODUCTION OF LEADER INCLUSIVE HIS POSITION AND JOB RESPONSIBLE

The leader I have already mentioned is Dato Ahmad Fadzli Bin Yaakob, 41 years old, who is a Malaysian entertainment scene and also an entrepreneur. An actress, comedian, TV host, motivational speaker and chef who won MasterChef Celebrity Malaysia 2012, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and opened SukaSucré Bistro shortly afterwards. In the organisation, Dato Fadzli served as Managing Director of SukaSucré Bistro. As owner and chief executive officer of SukaSucré Bistro and as chief executive officer of Rayz Bistro in Singapore, Dato Fadzli has a tremendous responsibility for the organization's results to make a significant contribution to the company's success both now and in the future. SukaSucré Bistro takes its own special path when it comes to providing beautifully crafted food options to diners. SukaSucré means 'the like of sugar ' and this is certainly a lovely place to enjoy a great meal. While Dato Fadzli loves cooking, he also loves seeing his customers happy with his cooking and dining. He expects to open his second branch of SukaSucre Bistro Restaurant in Sri Hartama, Kuala Lumpur, soon. It also runs an online business where consumers can pick a menu and then deliver food directly to the customer's home. Not only that, Dato Fadzli also has an online video game app called Chef Fazley Kitchen and is the first app to be created in Asia. He created this app because he was jealous of foreign chefs like Gordon Ramsy, so he wondered why he wasn't making an app that could be used by everyone in Malaysia. The app is available free of charge on the Google PlayStore and the Apple AppStore.

The word “leader” brings a lot of things in minds. For example: A passionate leader, who always eager to advance the company A researcher, who always looking for the best solution to address the problem An open minded, who is willing to consider new ideas from the others

The definition of leader is someone who has the power to lead people in his area. They have a lot of fans who are loyal and willing to accept something. In addition, leaders are motivating themselves and others to do the right thing. They set goals, develop vision, and together create something wonderful. Leadership is about whether the leader is guiding the leaders of the company to success. Thus, the leaders and representatives of the company are working together to accomplish the aims of their company. But leaders must also have organizational skills to direct people to the right path, in a smooth and effective manner. The positions and abilities within Dato Fadzli make him a strong leader for his own Bistro.

2) MANAGERIAL SKILLS POSSESSED

A) INTERPERSONAL ROLES Based on Mintzberg's management positions, interpersonal functions are the duty of the manager to maintain interactions with group leaders and other stakeholders, such as the figurehead, the chief and the liaison officer. Since these management positions include interactions and relationships with subordinates and clients. The three interpersonal positions of managers are the figurehead, the boss and the liaison. First of all, the figurehead. Managers must have social skills and they must gain authority and be known as a high-ranking representative of the organizations. For example, Dato Fadzli attended an event attended by the superior so that his business was recognized. Next up, leader. Managers are responsible for ensuring that workers do their job and take care of them with no prejudice, since they all have their own privileges. For example, Dato Fadzli ensures that his employees are satisfied with the productive environment at work, just as he provides the air conditioner so that his staff do their job neatly. The last one is the liaison. Managers must be able to cooperate with employees in order to carry out their tasks and develop a good relationship between subordinates and outsiders. For example, Dato Fadzli helps subordinates strengthen their relationship with always having an event with his staff once a month. Dato Fadzli used this interpersonal position to create a pleasant working atmosphere between his employees. By developing a comfortable working environment, he feels that it will inspire the imagination of his workers to help him run the company along with him.

B) INFORMATIONAL ROLES From the concept of managerial roles, informative roles are where managers are responsible for ensuring that the people for whom they deal have adequate knowledge to do their job effectively. This managerial function involves gathering information and sharing it with others. Informational functions include the manager, the presenter and the spokesperson. First of all, monitor. Managers have to observe and collaborate with subordinates to look for information. Based on this information, managers recognize opportunities to improve their organizations. For example, Dato Fadzli and his staff at Bistro work together to lift the problem that does not satisfy them, so that the problem does not repeat itself again.

4

Next, disseminator . Managers shared the knowledge they collect with the subordinates and helped them to develop their duties effectively and efficiently. For example, Dato Fadzli, as Executive Chef, often transmits the knowledge to the subordinates so that they can do the right things in the kitchen and manage Bistro. And the last of them is a spokesperson. Responsible managers represent the company and relay knowledge about the company to outsiders. For example, Dato Fadzli told the shareholders of the benefits they would gain if they invest in their company or, in any case, if they do not. When time passes, interaction plays an significant role in operating SukaSucré Bistro. This information sharing process was also carried out between the different local brand owners and also their employees. He tried to persuade the owners of local brands and to be their spokesman for selling their own goods online or online. He also urged the people of Malaysia to try a new recipe and not to discourage them from attempting to make new dishes.

C) DECISIONAL ROLES The knowledge gathered, which is then analyzed by managers to draw decisions, is the essence of decision-making positions. This managerial position includes managing tension and making the right decisions. It involves an entrepreneur, a disturbance handler, a resource allocator and a negotiator. First of all, entrepreneur. As a boss, you are in charge of changes within the company. It involves solving problems, creating new ideas, and executing them. For example, Dato Fadzli solves the problems faced by a nation that has problems with cooking problems, and he can come up with ideas to create a Chef Fazley Kitchen app that can be used by all people. He also participates in the Master Chef app by giving a ton of recipe to the nation to try making a variety of food so that the nation can also try making it a hobby. In addition, it also runs an online business where consumers can pick a menu and then deliver food directly to the customer's home. This idea came across him when he was living abroad, and he saw so many possibilities to provide services in Malaysia as well. Next, disturbance handler. If an entity or team encounters unforeseen unpleasant events, it is the duty of the managers to deal with them. For example, an accident happened to his workers in his Bistro, Dato Fadzli was sorry for the loss and apologised to the customer. He also takes responsibility for the safety and health of his employees, not just for his company. Then, the resource allocator. Managers need to identify the tools that were best applied to the project. For example, Dato Fadzli chooses 'From Rembau To Paris,' referring to Dato Fadzli's journey from his hometown to Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where he received his culinary degree. This is reflected in his mouth-watering creations, 5

such as Boeuf Bourguignon Sambal Minang, which blend the culinary styles of both locations. He manages to blend two styles by making great food and dessert that can meet the needs and taste of his customers. And the last is a negotiator. Managers are responsible for communicating with staff, vendors, clients and other working groups to work together to meet the objectives of successful organisation. For example, Dato Fadzli ensures that the company is making progress towards achieving the goals of the organization by creating a new recipe and developing new dishes to match the taste of the consumer. During a bistro that belongs to him, Dato Fadzli realized that she had to take the opportunity to do e-commerce, an online food order site. He's also creating a recipe book that people can purchase to try on an e-book or directly in store. He wants to make a recipe book and share what he really feels like with the dishes he makes so that the people who can try it at his Bistro can try it too by making it themselves.

3) THE SKILLS OF LEADER POSSESSED

A) CONCEPTUAL SKILL In terms of management skills, conceptual skills are the capacity of the manager to interpret a large amount of knowledge about the internal and external environment of the company and to recognize the consequences of that knowledge. Conceptual abilities reflect the manager's ability to think. Managers will think about the future of the business whether they want the business to open another branch in the country or overseas, or whether they want to make the most profit. Which means he's going to do the research and evaluation for the right decision. So he's going to talk about long-term plans for the future of the company. Conceptual skills are for top managers, a little for middle-level managers, and not necessary for first-level managers. According to the management system, top executives need analytical skills so that they can develop and be valued. For example, Dato Fadzli, who is the top manager of SukaSucre Bistro, ensures that the business has to follow the objectives of the organization that wants to make the maximum profit, and that customers always appreciate their taste and the dishes they produce. It must also examine both internal and external variables that might become strengths and weaknesses and recognise opportunities and risks. This research, which can be carried out through auditing, will lead to a new strategy assessment and also to the selection of the best approach to be adopted by the company.

B) HUMAN SKILL There must be a capacity in the organization to work efficiently with one's own working group as well as those within the organization. Human or interpersonal communication skills provide expertise and the willingness of managers to collaborate with others. Without subordinates, there would be no need for management and managers to exist. Managers are responsible for monitoring the success of the subordinates in the company. He encouraged and inspired subordinates who had less incentive and helped them to develop their duties effectively. Human skills are for mid-level managers and a little bit for top managers and first-level managers. Middle-level managers require interpersonal skills as they are leading subordinates. For starters, Dato Fadzli, who is a mid-level manager at SukaSucre Bistro, takes care of his subordinates and motivates them to develop their duties effectively. He also has very strong interpersonal skills, as he has built a friendly working atmosphere that shows that to his other than sparks the worker creates innovative ideas, a lot of teamwork is seen in the company as he works together with staff and also with clients effectively. 7

C) TECHNICAL SKILL Technical skills are the ability to use knowledge of tools, methods and procedures that are unique to a particular area. Technical skills are essential for first-level managers. They need this expertise and the techniques to do all the research. Technical skills are not only for computers, manufacturing devices or other machinery, but also the skills that can be used to boost sales, design various types of products and services, market goods and services a lot and those that need skills. Professional skills are for first-level managers and a little bit for top managers and middle-level managers. First-level managers required technical skills because they needed them to conduct a certain function that they needed. For example, Dato Fadzli, who is the first level manager, used the best strategy to rapidly market the goods to customers by developing a variety of good ideas.

4) HOW POCL FUNCTION COULD HELP LEADER MANAGE THE ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVELY:

A) PLANNING Planning is a collective endeavor between managers and subordinates to determine the goals and priorities of the company. We also describe the vision and mission that will contribute to the achievement of goals and progress. They are also planning the best approach to achieve the objectives. For example, Dato Fadzli and his subordinates are developing a plan that they want to create a new recipe that even children can try. Through setting the goals and identifying the appropriate steps, it allows the employee in the company to set the course in which the organizational goals are to be followed. In this set-up, it also lays out the vision and purpose of the company so that the goals of the company can be clearly understood and conveyed to each employee.

B) ORGANIZING Managing is the supervisors responsible for organizing the organisation with productivity and effectiveness. They separate workers on the basis of their skills, such as marketing, finance and manufacturing. Each worker has his or her own duties. Therefore, the program is going to fit well with the cooperation of every member of the organization. For example, Dato Fadzli is developing a marketing group that focuses on marketing. If they want to advertise or promote, it is up to them to do so as long as their efforts offer advantages and low production costs. This will organize the organization that it created by creating an effective organizational structure where the organization's system is organized by the allocation of human resources to ensure the achievement of objectives. This should then define what is the job description for each team and the level of work role to ensure that their work is carried out efficiently.

C) LEADING Leadership is the willingness of managers to lead men. Managers are responsible for directing subordinates to do the right thing or to do the right thing. Managers must show leadership that will be an example for subordinates to obey. Managers must also provide encouragement and interact with subordinates to solve their problems together. For example, Dato Fadzli will always react to his subordinates 'frustration and try to upgrade them.

9

Since the Bistro founded by Dato Fadzli has evolved over the years, there is a need for coordination and control, as the company has become more complex than ever. Therefore, in order to be successful leaders, Dato Fadzli must consider the complexities of each person and group actions that could also empower their employees and make them better communicaters to others, either the consumer or the owner of the company.

D) CONTROLLING Controlling is the duty of the boss to control the subordinates in order to fulfill their duties. Managers will treat them in such a way that the program will not be deflected and that it will lead to success. When any member of the organization performs his or her tasks, it is expected that the strategy will accomplish the goals and objectives of the business. For example, Dato Fadzli monitors all subordinates in such a way that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Once the organization is formed up, the management mechanism must be carried out to ensure that the organization works towards achieving the goals formed by itself. Essentially, this monitoring can be carried out by managing the budget and also by auditing the results. It could help to correct the variations from the norm. In addition, the POLC role will allow the leader to handle their company efficiently as, when making a major decision, the POLC role will enable managers to direct the company step by step and without hecticity. When the manager's leadership was strong, people would respect the managers because they operated effectively and efficiently.
