The first thing that I learned from this subject was about the introduction to management itself. I have learned some lessons on management where the first explains about management and organization, followed by measuring management performance. Next, there is topic 2 that discusses planning. I have learned that planning is the process of outlining the activities needed to achieve organizational goals. I also have learn about decision making in topic 3 where it is a process by which managers and leaders identify and solve problems then take advantage of opportunities. For organizations topic, there is an importance of management roles that require the creation of management systems and the impact of different capabilities to achieve the desired goals. I have also learn about the process of social influence to influence people to achieve the same goal in leadership topic. For topic 6, I have learned about motivation where it carries meaning energizing, directing, and supporting the efforts of employees. What I learned from Topic 7 is the management role that helps find the expected results from subordinates, managers, and at all levels of the organization. I also learned the meaning of process management and control. From the studied, I gained some new knowledge and extensive insights related to management. From chapter one is I have know the concept of management because there are several approaches used such as organization, manager, and indeed many. The topic of planning, can improve my knowledge in the field of management because it is discusses that good planning is very important in an organization. Furthermore, I can also learn about making good decisions and thinking about the good and bad of it as I have learned. What I can find in organizing is about the importance of organizing in management especially if I am a leader. Next, there is much-needed Leadership in the field of management where what I can find is that this good leadership brings some benefits to the organization. Next, motivation needed by leaders so that other employees will also be motivated. The significance and purpose of the operation is what I can take from the subject of control, where it can help to assess progress towards organizational objectives and many more. One of the skills that I acquired from this subject is leadership skills. This is because being a leader in an organization is a responsibility to monitor the progress being and inspiring the organization to perform a shared objective. The next skill that I also gained from this management subject is concerning planning skills and strategies. Which is why it is quite necessary towards proper leadership on being able to coordinate a sense of direction and purpose and develop tactics. Last but not least, I have also gained organizational skills where

one at a time, I am able to manage several duties. The organizational skills I got through this subject really helped me to keep working and reduce stress. All the skills I gained from this subject will be the best application in the future. Like the first skill I mentioned earlier which is leadership skills. I will definitely use this skill in the field of work later especially if I have the opportunity to be a leader for an organization but it can also be applied from now on. Besides, I also gained planning and strategy skills. I will also apply this skill in the future. This is because planning will determine the outcome of the work later. The last skill I got from this subject is organizational skills that I will absolutely use in the future to ensure that I can complete my duties as an employee in the future as efficiently as possible. Among the benefits I get from this subject is able to learn about how people behave in an organization, and the nature of power, influence, and leadership. Besides, learning management can also find out how an organization works. In addition, this will benefit me by helping me in understanding the organization better and in turn acquire those advantages for future careers. Next, motivational topics in this subject benefit me by motivating me in doing a job such as an assignment. I think that the motivation that exists from being motivated by others or something else is very important for a person to do something. The thing I love most about this subject is its direct exposure to the field of management. This is because management can be said to be something important not only for future supply but it is also very important to start applying from now. My favorite topic is definitely about management itself where here is the exposure of the scope of work in the field of management, the benefits of management, and so on. Among the suggestions to improve this subject is to reflect on how this subject contributes to the big picture of a student. This means understanding students because there are weak and practically intelligent students. Therefore, it is very important to align the syllabus for this subject so that weak students can catch the lesson.
