It is one of the poorest countries in the world,they don’t understand why the investment goes to the airlines and infrastructure and not to the population Firstly, we need to look at some facts to compare Rwanda and Singapore and how Rwanda is following its steps:  The murder rate in Rwanda is 2.5 per 100,000 residents, it is lower than india and the US and also compare to the countries that surround it as they have very high rates This means it is a safe country and there is an absence of of violent compared to other countries in Africa and even compared to the rest of the world.This is because Rwanda is a police state,there is plenty of checkpoints throughtout the country and strict security in most of the buildings in Kagali,the capital.Singapore occupies the 7th position in the world of safest country in the world in 2020. In addition,considering this fact we can tell this helps to improve the life expectancy average since 25 years ago the average age was 28 years old and nowadays it is 67 years old. Futhermore, the politics in the Singapore are considered paternalistic with some limitations in freedom of speech and banning chewing gum for cleaning purposes among others.  The democracy index is 6.8 Rwanda is considered as authoritarian.The country hasn’t change its political power since in 2000 Paul Kagame gained that year elections and the following ones adding that it is said that there is been some irregularities.With this fact we can tell there is political stability,the same as in Singapore and this is is considered a positive factor in the economy since a CEO would consider the country to have its Asian hub over other countries.The same can happen to Rwanda with businesses deciding for an African hub location. Singapore has one of the best airlines in the world and Rwanda is willing to do the same or at least improve their connections to the major economic cities and other parts of the world.The improvement in connect. The easier you get to the country to more attractive it is. Singapore ease of doing business: Singapore is in the second position of the world bank ease of doing business index and Rwanda in the 29th and it is impressive compared to the positions of the rest of the continent. Rwanda has made plenty of economic and legislation reforms to foster a friendly business environment and has built infrasctutures for foreign investors,that also will considere the increase of the gdp rate. Rwanda is also conscious with the cleaning of the country,it is reducing the use of plastic. In conclusion Rwanda in a short amount of time has gained more prosperity than other African countries or undeveloped countries.It is influenced by Singapore but I would say that they have a long way to get to the point to be considered a developing country or even devepoled as they are investing in the politics and the economic but they are not thinking about the civilians as it is still one of the poorest countries in the world....
