Dear Capitain Glick, I'm writing this memo regarding the printer system issue in our department. Last month, you requested that I investigate this issue.The printer being networked with every computer in our department presents a problem. The networked printer system is slow and employees spend several minutes waiting for their out print. This report recommends ameliorating the printer system. It incorporates both primary and secondary research. The primary research focused on a survey of all employees. Recently, several employees have complained about the networked printer system to. And after research by conducting a survey, we noticed an urgent problem with the networked printer system in the department. The system is very slow, present multiple malfunctioning. The result of this study shows that we need to elaborate on a better printer system. Recommendation to improve the department printer system include decentralization of the printer system, have a printer for each office, improve the network speed and requested for a printer with brilliantoutput. I’m grateful to my statistics class for helping me with the organization of my data collection. Also I’m grateful to my company communication team for helping me with my research question. The current printer is networked with every computer cause a waste of time for the employees in my department. Employees waste considerable time due to the actual printer system. The purpose of the report is:  

Determine the level and consequence of the problem Recommend a solution.

The research consists of conducting a hundred percent surveys, and all employees will need to participate in those surveys. With the study, I will collect data to quantified how much time the employee waste by using the networked printer system. Surveys will collect a wide variety of information that will help us to solve the problem. Inquiries can also uncover information and patterns that would not have been visible with collection methods that are limited to smaller sample sizes. The research questions are about collecting data on time waisted per day by each employee. Also, ask the question if the current printer system facilitates the work performance expected include the malfunction of the printer networked that occurs every day. Finding and conclusion Most survey responds were agreeing that the printer networked to every computer cause a valuable waste of time for the employees. They spend unnecessary time waiting for their out print, and also some of the employees move from one floor to another to retrieve their out copy. Also, the numerous malfunctions of the actual printer system delay the work of several employees. So, all employees are complaining about the networked to everyone's computer system. The result of this study shows that decision-maker needs to find a better system to facilitate the work of all employees by reducing wasting time due to the current printer networked system.

Introduction The probem probem mentioned on this report is the department printer issue. The printer networked with every computer cause a waste of time for the employees in the department. Employees waste considerable time due to the actual printer system. We have conduced a study on the problem by using a personal survey method. My analyze was to determine the consequence of the printer networked system. My survey question include:    

What is the wating time for getting any outprint from the printer? What is the network average interruption? Is the printer is performent? What is the daily malfunction of the system?

Discussion After a study on the department printer system, We have found that the networked printer system causes a waste of time for employees. Ninety percent of employees of the department answer that a daily network interruption occurs every week, and that slows down their work. All employees noted more than five minutes waiting time for every single out print. They would like to have another printer system performant and more productive. Changing the current printer system will facilitate the work off all employees; a better system will reduce the unnecessary waiting time that faces employees every day. I propose that changing the networked printer system to a decentralized system will be a benefit for the company. Having an independent printer in each office will facilitate the work for the employees and the work dealy. Decentralized the printer system will reduce the numerous network interruption, you will have fewer people connect to one printer. I feel that having a printer with brilliant-quality will be very helpful for the employees to get work done on time. With the time that is waste daily, I think it will be beneficial for the company to invest a little cost in the new printer system to have good production. Having a printer system other than the present system will contrubuate to a time management , employee will not have to wait several minuite to get their out print. We all know time management is very important in any organization mission accomplishment.
