With reference to your interview and subsequent discussions you had with us, the management is herby pleased to appoint you in our organization w.e.f 18th December, 2017 on the following terms & conditions: 1. Designation: You will be designated as Sr. Associate 2. Remuneration: Your total CTC will be Rs. 385044/- per month (details attached to this letter and marked as Annexure). You will NOT be entitled to any other allowances. 3. Deduction: All payments to you under the terms of employment are subject to deduction at source under the Income Tax Act and other encashment that may be in force from time to time. The Company will also be entitled to deduct from the payments due to you, any dues payable by you to the company. 4. Probation: You will be on probation for an initial period of three months, which may be extended. If you are not confirmed in writing by us on or before the expiry of the original period of probation mentioned above, your probation shall be deemed to have been extended even though no intimation is given to you in writing to that effect, which shall be in no event be more than ONE YEAR. 5. During the probation period (original or extended) your services are liable to be terminated without assigning any reason giving notice in writing for 15 Days or payment of salary in lieu thereof. 6. Termination of Services after confirmation: On satisfactory completion of the probationary period your appointment will be confirmed in writing. After confirmation, your services may be terminated by either party, giving notice in writing for one month. Knowledge Splice Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to terminate your association on grounds of misconduct or unsatisfactory job performance. 7. When payment in lieu of notice is offered by either side, the notice pay shall mean only the basic salary and does not include cash equivalent of any allowances etc. 8.
