ANALYSIS
1. Determine the gradient of the graph. From the graph, m = y2 – y1 x2 – x1 m = 2.62 – 1.30 0.72 – 0.36 m = 3.67 2. Calculate the gravitational acceleration, g (experimental value) from the graph. T2 = 4π2 L/g T2 = y L=x m = 4π2/g 2.67 = 4π2/g g = 4π2/3.67 Gravitational acceleration, g = 10.76ms-2 3. Calculate the percentage difference between experimental value and theoretical value of gravitational acceleration. Percentage difference = [Experimental value – Theoritical value] x 100 [Theoritical value] Percentage difference = (10.76) – (9.81) x 100 (9.81) = 9.68%

CONCLUSION The experiment was successfully done with the value of gravitational acceleration, g = 10.76ms-2. So, the gravitational acceleration can be determined by using simple pendulum. The percentage difference value between gravitational acceleration and theoritical acceleration is 9.68%....
