Letter of complaint p.66 Dear Travel Kids Company, I am writing this letter to make sure you know that I have just returned from a holiday organized by this company and I ended up very disappointed. The main reason is that the experience failed to live up to its /the description placed in the brochure. In first place, I was attracted to the Costa Rica trip that I saw on your brochure due to it was the perfect travel to do with children. In addition, my husband love watching birds bird-watching and I knew he would agree to go on a family holiday to that tourist touristic destination. In the first place, everything seemed so perfect until the journey started. Everything started at the airport when we noticed that our flights were booked wrongly because some names were written wrong/badly. Finally, we were able to fix that mistake on our own even without contacting you because it was impossible given that your telephone lines were busy. Moreover, once we got at the first hotel in Corcovado we found out another problem. Actually, there was a missing bed in my children’s room and we had to pay for a supplement to include one more. To conclude, I have spent a holiday full of drawbacks because of your bad management and this costed us more money than we thought at first.
