1. Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(b)



This rule explains what is required when a defendant pleads a case. When a defendant responds to a plea deal two things are required (1) the defendant must clearly state

what their defense is for each charge against them and (2) admitting or denying to the allegations brought against him/her. Allegations that are denied are broken down into subcategories such as general and specific denials, denying part of the allegation, effect of failing to deny and the lack of knowledge about the allegation you’re denying.

Is a misdemeanor defense charge regarding disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct is defined as causing alarm by threat, actions and words that would breach the peace of others. With this conduct individuals can be charged for any given situation.

3. 9 CFR 381.171 (d)



This rule also known as the Turkey Ham rule defines misleading advertisement to its customers. It describes what can legally be included on a label. The label must describe the actual product name preceding its reference. In reference to Turkey Ham it has no pork (ham) by products and is completely poultry (turkey). However, the cooking of it replicates that of ham and is the reason both product names is included on the label.
