Lugo’s Positive or Negative Letter Template Use this template for your heading: 123 S. For Positive Letter--just start with the main idea for your positive letter. For example, I am so happy with the job you did for our festival! Then, in three short paragraphs, outline the reasons why you feel so positively about something or someone. Put white space between the paragraphs. Closing needs to be another re-statement of something positive. End the letter with a nice sentence and signature. For a Negative Letter—there are two different types of Negative Letters. Use    
