Chapter 12 Sponge Out of Water Extra Credit Paper Throughout the entire movie of Sponge Out of Water, the word “team” was mentioned multiple times. SpongeBob wanted to use teamwork to find out what happened to the Krusty Krab secret formula. Ultimately, the entire town turned against SpongeBob and Plankton because they thought the two had stolen the Krabby Patty secret formula together. So, SpongeBob and Plankton had to use the team process to figure out what happened. Plankton and SpongeBob first used creative behavior to come up with building a time machine to get the secret formula before it disappeared. However, communication failed in this attempt to get the secret formula. Plankton had also put another bottle into the safe to act as the secret formula. So, when SpongeBob went back in time, he grabbed the fake secret formula bottle. When SpongeBob and Plankton told the town they found the secret formula, Mr. Krabs found out it was a fake. As SpongeBob was about to be used as a sacrifice to please the gods, Mr. Krabs smelled the Krabby Patties and stopped the process. So, SpongeBob led Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Patrick, Squidward, and Plankton on a hunt of sniffing out where the smell of was coming from. They found out that a pirate had stolen the Krabby Patty formula, so Mr. Krabs, Spongebob, Sandy, Patrick, Squidward, and Plankton had to work together to get the formula back. Once, SpongeBob used the magical book to make them superheroes, they had the high levels of potency needed to get the formula back. This team had great cohesion because even Plankton decided to give the formula back to Mr. Krabs. They truly became a cohesive team to be able to get the formula back and to be able to make Krabby Patties once again....
