Microsoft has been doing a good job at battling global piracy by creating a specific task force to focus on global piracy and cybercrime and have been successful at combating any potential lawsuits that come their way. Microsoft is not significantly addressing the threat of social controversy around its Xbox policies that continue to ban any language referencing homosexuality because it is believed that is is offensive and unsuitable.
