Natural causes may affect, such as winds cause the tripod to move or shake It was hard to measure the levels accurately, as staff was kept shaking as team mate might not hold properly (not checking the staff bubble being centered) or due to the winds. As we transcribe the results through our eye level, there should be a human error when we read the levels such as estimation wrong. And silly mistake might occur while transcribing such as switching BS, FS and IS....
