1. IDENTIFYING OF PROBLEMS/OPPORTUNITIES

Our group conducted a study in which we found that an orphanage in the Kuala Muda area needed some help. So, our team is eager to help and also ease the burden of the orphans. With this initiative, we are able to deepen our relationship with them. Also, we had a group talk to do some activities at the house. These include donating some money and other basic necessities like buying a new clothes, shoes and other necessities. We hope that this activity will work out well and be welcomed by the orphanage.

2. STRONG CASE, ON THE OBJECTIVES OF THE EVENT

Our goal is to help people in need. We also hope that this event will open the eyes of others as they continue to help one another. The event will also create an atmosphere where the good of humanity is seen in society. So, we took a smart move where we would do a little activity at the orphanage just as an introductory session and strengthen the relationship. The activity included is an ice breaking session between our group and the orphanage kids. We also will help them to reorganise their house by doing some clean up and paint some part of the building. Next, we will share some of their sustenance as a strength to continue their journey. The other objectives is to create an awareness in the society, when the society become aware of the issues only then they will come to their sense and help people that really need help in their surroundings.

3. THE AUDIENCE Audience needed in this project will be: i.

The Orphans These orphans are main audience that will be participate in this project. This consist twenty orphans will need attend to succeed the project. The orphans participate are already registered with orphanage which is not for outsider from orphanage. Most of them are children around below twelve years-old still in school days under orphanage responsible. They will be guide these children during the project time.

ii.

Caretaker Caretaker is important audience where all the record of the orphans they know. The orphans behaviour are under this caretaker responsible. The caretaker amounted five (5) people will participate to assist and cooperate with project leader to conduct the program. They also will participate to guide the children in order to smooth the program.

iii.

Villager The villager are invited to this program. They will comes as to support the program to become more lively. The most villager invited to this program is people who live around orphanage. The target is to make bonding between the villager and orphan become goods.

4. MEDIA SELECTION

Media selection that we chose as our publicity tools is WhatsApp and Twitter as our media platform to disseminate information about events, we will do at Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM) to UiTM students. Our purpose in choosing these platforms is because the information of our fundraising activities will be faster and easier to reach community and students on and off campus. It also saves us energy, time and money than distributing flyers around the campus. On WhatsApp our target to spread this information is on every WhatsApp group that UiTM community had created, also not to forget to post it in each of our members WhatsApp status.

While on Twitter, we will ask the permission of UiTM Kedah Official Twitter Account administrator to post and spread the news of our activities to the public in order to reach our main target fund collection.

The list above is an estimate of the financial required by us for seeking some financial assistance from UiTM Kedah and our Sponsorship Committee might do some funding by submitting the application for approval of the fund to certified by this subject's lecturer Mr Sulaiman Nawawi to make the event a success. The letter of approval was then will be given to all members of the group and distributed the letter of approval with a one-time envelope to solicit donations that will be requested from all UiTM students by each member of the group and applied to the roommates of their respective colleges. With the estimated budget listed above we will use it as a purchase of the goods even though we use the existing budget at a lower level of prudent use of money to avoid wasting. Contributions in any forms and sponsorships are very welcome. 6. EVALUATIONS

i.

The audience Project would be better if the project not only focusing on the orphanage but to the people who orphan that not register with orphanage. To be specific, orphanage are easy to get donation from NGO or government while they with no registration from orphanage are more likely hard to get. Every orphanage are registered with the government, so heir wealth are always guaranteed.

ii.

Media selection The selection of media are follow with the technology. In the technology era, most people have handphone and using this media are more faster the information will be spread. This media are more convenient to the young people since the objective are to create awareness to the public.

iii.

Participants of project More participants organized or handle this project, more cost or budget will be needed. To cut the cost, the participants should be less since this project audience are not to big. The amount of participants organized the project around more than half of the orphans amount.

iv.

Budget Budget are needed supposedly large amount since the studies conduct knowing that this orphanage need some help to accommodate their daily basic need like food. Atmosphere of project will be more lively if there have sponsorship from any sides and it will reduce the budget will be borne by the university.

8. PRESS RELEASES MONDAY, 11 MAY, 2020 CHARITY EVENT Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM). MONDAY , 11 May , 2020 The Charity Event in Kuala Muda, Kedah will be held to help an orphans who was in needed. For this event, we has 15 participant who will help us for this event and 20 people who stayed in Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM).

Every year, we from the Uitm Kedah student will do this event to help ease burden of orphans. Every year we will search a location where that we want to do this event and help people in need. When we already do a analysis, we find that Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM) really need help from us because they don’t have much money to spend for their daily need. So, for this year, we from the team was making decision that this event will be held at Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM) .

For this event, we will help the orphans with donating some money and other basic necessities like shoes, clothes and another their basic needs. Why we need to help ease burden of orphans ? This is because of humanity feeling and want to create a positive vibes in our society. If we are not helping that orphans , who will ?

This Event will be started at 7.00am untill 6.00pm. At this event , we not only donating money and any basic necessities but we doing some activities to make them happy and has a close relationship between us . To fulfil our program objectives, a few simple questions were prepared to people working in for Rumah Anak Yatim Daerah Kuala Muda (PRAY DKM) on the management and behaviour of orphans. In addition, we also ask questions about the nature of their intellectual relationships and the state of the orphanage. Here is the appendix to the question: i.
